Permalink Reply by Nick Moran on September 15, 2010 at 9:39 I'm not a fan of david shrigley and think his crap style is, well, a little bit crap but my main beef with this vdeo is that it re-states and reinforces the lie that cuts are inevitable. OK, there probably will be cuts but every time I hear someone say that something is 'inevitable' or that 'there is no alternative' I seem to hear the baaing of sheep queuing at the abattoir. I'd really expect a little bit better in the way of thinking from what is, i suppose, a major campaign for the arts.
